Looks like the Coast Guard has decided to take a swing at the 'Hide and Seek' championship with their Cyber Baddies. They've updated their Cyber Risk Management Work Instruction (CVC-WI-027). Basically, they've added a few words to the 'poor cyber hygiene' section and decided to red-tape the procedures during the port state control exams. All this while celebrating the upgrade in the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and updating the 'who to call when you see a cyber ghost' section.
