UK Firms’ Aftermath Support Spree: Dishing Out Cybersecurity Budgets Post-Crisis

UK companies are treating Proactive CISOs Support like an after-party, showing up only post a cyberattack. It’s like handing a new hose to the fire department while watching your city block burn. Surprise, surprise, their cyber defenses keep failing. Is it just me, or is…

Hot Take:

It's almost like UK companies have decided to play a dangerous game of "wait and see" when it comes to cybersecurity. According to Trellix, most British firms are waiting until after a cyberattack to hand out the cookies (and by cookies, I mean support) to their Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs). Oh, and don't forget, these same companies are surprised when their cyber defenses fail again (cue dramatic gasp).
