Beware the Beach Getaway: DarkGate Malware Lurks in Microsoft Teams
A new malicious campaign is using Microsoft Teams to spread DarkGate malware through a disguised ZIP file. The malware checks for the presence of Sophos antivirus and triggers additional code if absent. Microsoft has suggested setting up allow-lists as a countermeasure.
