Hackers are exploiting two vulnerabilities in MinIO, replacing the genuine binary with an ‘evil’ counterpart. A replica of the Evil MinIO exploit, made public on GitHub, is used by the attackers. Out of the 52,000 exposed MinIO instances, only 38% are secure.
